With the Autumn Internationals giving us all a break from league committments, the Senior playing squad found themselves at CrossFit Llantristant. With Bill Carey putting the lads through their paces, it was a chance to showcase the new training kit duly sponsored by our friends at Future Glaze Windows & Doors and Roof Top Tiling Wales Ltd.

I'm sure you'll all agree that skipper Huw Thomas, coach Kevin Jones and Fly-Half, Scott Jones all look good sporting the new threads. It goes without saying that the entire playing staff and indeed all Club Members are extremelly grateful to our Club Sponsors and the generous support that they continue to provide.
