Congratulations to Pencoed Youth product Sam Costelow on gaining his first Welsh cap against New Zealand last weekend. Sam's connection with Llanharan is that his Great Grandfather Tudor Benjamin, not only played for Llanharan but was also Chairman, Club President, Conductor of the Llanharan Songsters and a Life Member. His Grandfather Philip Benjamin also played for Llanharan and was also involved with the Llanharan Songsters. Mean while his uncle David played for Llanharan Youth and 1st Team and his cousin Evan, currently play's for our U14 Team. Hopefully this will be the first of many caps for Sam and we wish him all the best from Llanharan RFC in the future.
