Played for Kenfig Hill & Porthcawl for a number of seasons. Turned to coaching under 12s and followed the team up to Youth at Porthcawl, only gave up as twins were born.

Rugby & F1. Love spending time with the family, including our older daughter who is away at uni. Competed in y first Triathlon last year and got the bug. Recently completed the Cardiff to Tenby (Carten) cycle. Enjoy a nice G&T
