Rugby, Socialising with friends and our rugby family. Spending quality time with family - making memories. Organising and helping others.

Spiders, rude people and worst of all my house being messy.

Playing days ended in 1994 after bad injury. Started out coaching back in 2014, running the touchline before helping out

Likes
Team Manager, Lucy, all sports, music ( I have an ecclectic taste). I have a passion for cooking and entertaining, cycling and climbing. Also enjoy ridiculous challenges to raise money, awareness for Autism charity that supports my son. Truly blessed from all the new close friendships I've gained at the club

Dislikes
Being told something is too difficult and I'll never be able to do it. Negativity , Pointless TV show and Middle Lane drivers!

Rugby History:
​Played for Llanharan from Youth to Senior with 1stXV and 2nds as blind side flanker. After a year out, played for Brackla RFC as No8 then hooker.

Began coaching by helping establish this team from u6, renaming them as the Great Dairy Tots of today. Proud to be part of an amazing family

Played 7s rugby briefly whilst working abroad and plyed in the Dubai 7s! Started coaching when my son joined the U6s (now Dairy Tots)
