Bridgend&District Youth 1979

Older supporters will remember the 3 Llanharan Youth players named in the Bridgend&District Youth Squad to play against Aberavon District Youth in 1979. All 3 players went on to have distinguished playing careers, Richard Evans (Denzil) and Derek Brown playing for Maesteg, Bridgend as well as Llanharan, While Alan Howe became one of the best scrum halves Llanharan has ever produced.
