Dai John

Sad news from Queensland, Australia where former PD's boy and Llanharan RFC player Dai John has passed. Dai was a winger who played for the Club in the late 60's and early 70's, before emigrating to the mining town of Gove in Australia in 1974. All at Llanharan RFC send our condolences to Dai's wife and daughter.

The photo was taken in 1971 on our London Tour. Dai is in the centre of the photo, standing up, in between Dai"Bleeper"Thomas and Mike Thomas, with Cyril Jones in front of him.
