Gareth's Job Description

Gareth Nicholas is now our Director of Rugby. This is his job description:

GN new role - Director of Rugby

1 Provides hands on coaching in relation to all senior teams

2 To devise and implement the playing strategy in all areas of coaching and technical support by focussing on continuous improvement of the players and the team

3 To mentor coaches involved with all age groups, with a view to ensuring that they are all appropriately qualified, and see themselves as part of the club’s coaching succession plan

4 To recruit quality payers and develop them

5 To manage a best practice coaching practice.
