Our neighbours Pontyclun RFC are trying to raise money for a new off road wheelchair for Jonathan Hobbs. Jonathan was injured in an accident while on holiday 14 years ago, which has left him confined to a wheelchair. Helen Parsons is the organizer of the fund raiser- "Watching your children play mini rugby is something a lot of rugby loving parents take for granted. Unfortunately due to accessiblity issues at many grassroots rugby clubs in Wales, this is not a possibility for Jon" Along with his partner Cara, Jon has 3 boys and a girl and they all love watching the boys on a Sunday morning. An off road wheelchair will give them the freedom to do this. Please go to Pontyclun RFC at GOFUNDME.COM, if you would like to give to this cause. Players, supporters and coaches will be walking/running 2500 miles in February for this cause. If anyone would like to join us & record their miles here is the club strava link. https://www.strava.com/clubs/PontyclunRFC...
