Llanharan 24 Swansea Uplands 13

In a hard fought game, Llanharan moved on to Semi Final of the National Bowl Competition beating Swansea Uplands 24-13. Llanharan played half the game with 14 men, after Scott Jones, Bill Carey, Lloyd Gregory and Jordan Hughes were all yellow carded at some point in the game. Tries for LLanharan were scored by Lee Arthur and Ryan Russell, with Scott Jones in contrast to his opposite number, kicking brilliantly to land 4 penalties and a conversion.
