Old Shep's In Charge!
The Spaniels/Milkmen are very lucky to have their own fitness guru in Chris Sheppard, who can be seen here putting them through their paces on the Dairyfield. If you are interested, training is on Wednesday nights @ 7pm. All players new or old are welcome.
