A flattering 45-0 scoreline at Sardis Rd. didn't reflect the amount of effort that the boys put in against a talented and organized Ponty outfit. Uncharacteristic errors and getting penalised during critical periods of possession contributed to their downfall; but until heads dropped in the last quarter, they remained competitive and displayed some of that passion and determination we have seen from the boys this season.
They will pick themselves up and dust themselves off as they hve more tough fixtures ahead in their Championship League.
