Spaniels/Milkmen

The Spaniels/Milkmen had their first training session of the season on Wednesday. Over 30 boys turned up for what was a tough but rewarding session, led by our new fitness and condition coach Shep.

Outstanding effort from everyone, cracking attitude and application.

Great to see some new faces; old and new. Sessions like this will really help the boys to bond and generate the team spirit needed for what is going to be an exciting season.

If you are interested in joining, training is at 7pm every Wednesday on the Dairy field. Age, ability or experience are no barrier here. We are in it together.

Look forward to another big session Wednesday.
