Tom Perkins

One of the best decisions we've made as a coaching set-up is to appoint a specialist S&C coach. Tom Perkins is working towards completing his Masters in Strength & Conditioning this September, and is currently working in Bridgend College as part of the coaching setup with the Rugby Academy. He and a colleague have just launched Spartan S&C (Insta @spartansandc), which offers affordable S&C to young athletes helping them develop and reach their full potential. Tom has put together a tailored 4 block pre-season programme for us which is proving successful and (slightly) enjoyable for the boys whilst being hard work. Welcome on board Tom and thanks for bringing your expert knowledge to the club.
