Being a Committee person at any Rugby Club is a difficult job. People forget that you do it all for nothing, because you love the Club and the game. Sometimes, and i know this from my own experience of coaching, there can be friction between the Coaches/Players/Supporters and the Committee. Which is why it was refreshing to see our Head Coach Gareth Nicholas commenting on the work done to refurbish the changing rooms. This is what he said on Facebook:
"There is no committee in Wales that works as hard or as selflessly as Llanharan.
Thank you from players and management".
Only a couple of lines but i am sure it means a lot to those who run our Club.
