Llanharan U14's Match Report

Llanharan U14'S side continue to frustrate their coaches by being a team who blow hot and cold in the same game. Playing against a good Beddau side in Llanharan, they lost the first half 36-5 but won the second half 7-5. Beddau fielded a very quick back division, where as Llanharan's strength lay in the power of their forwards, which was negated somewhat by passive scums in the game. Outside centre Ciaran Sibley scored a try in each half, the first of which was converted by Callum Ile. Ciaran's first try was scored as a result of 7 phases of play, the last of which resulted in quick ball which allowed him to smash through for the try. His second try was the result of good support play enabling him to cross out wide after beating 2 defenders.
