Cian Case Memorial Day

Here's the timeline for Saturday's big day:

10:am Coaches arrive to set up.

11:45 am Kids turn up.

12:30 pm First games kick off/25m matches.

1.00 pm 2nd. games kick off

1:30pm Parents vs Coaches match.

1:30-2:45 food for sale in clubhouse(parents and siblings)

2:15pm Presentation of the Memorial Shield.

2:30pm Soak the coach.

3:00pm Players food and Disco.

4:30pm Draw the Raffle

6:30pm Disco ends(clean up)

There will be an Easter Egg Hunt going on throughout the day. Kids have to find clues scattered about the field area and then fill out the Activity sheet, which when complete wins them an egg. If you have something orange, bring it along as a show of respect for Cian but the main thing is to have lots of fun, make some memories and celebrate the life of Cian through rugby.
