At the recent AGM held in Llanharan Rugby Club the following officers and committee were elected or relected:

Hugh James - Chairman

Alan Jenkins - Secretary

Jeff North - Treasurer

Councilor Geraint Hopkins - President

Mark Anderson - Junior Coordinator

General Committee Members:

Meirion Reynolds, Glyn Stephens, Philip James, Paul Williams, Gareth Ring and Andy Tuite.

Two great stalwarts of the club have stepped down this season. Firstly Joe(Post)Davis has relinquished the role of Membership Sec. Joe has worked tirelessly for the club over a number of years and will be sorely missed by all at the club. The second is Randall Martin who has stepped down as Club President this year. Randall is well known to generations of Llanharan rugby people, having been a player and committee man as well as President. I know we we will still see them both in the Clubhouse and watching games. We thank them for their services to the club over the years and wish them well in the future. On the other side of the coin we welcome two new committee men in Gareth Ring and Andy Tuite as well as a new President in Councillor Geraint Hopkins. We look forward seeing you all around the club this coming season.

Two other people who deserve a mention are Steve Rossiter, who has stepped down as Social Sec. and Gemma Jones, who as well as being heavily involved with the Mini Section, will also help Mark Anderson with the distribution of International Tickets this season.
