Update from the Mileage Man

Our mileage man, Andy Tuiti tells me we need a huge push from everybody to reach our target of getting back up to North Wales. We need to cover 493 miles by Friday, when the Challenge finishes. So cm'on everybody get out there on your bikes etc and let's cover the last 493 miles.
