Welcome James Puaca!

Winger James Puaca signs from Bridgend Athletic for the upcoming 2025/26 season.

James is a fast and powerful runner and has represented South Wales and Wales Police Rugby.

He’s no stranger to the Dairyfield either. His father, Peter Puaca, wore the Llanharan jersey as a flanker in the early 90’s.
