šļø Sad News from Llanharan RFC
It is with great sadness that we share the passing of Sadie Davey on Friday 25th July, at the age of 94.
Sadie was the beloved wife of the late Morgan āMogā Davey, an iconic figure and Life Patron of Llanharan RFC. She was also the loving mother of Chris Davey, former club captain and coach, and proud grandmother to Elin and Rhia.
Sadie was a key member of the Ladies Committee, known for preparing hearty post-match meals - faggots and peas. The third image shows them during the 1960ās, with Sadie on the left.
Her funeral will be held on Friday 22nd August at 3:15pm at Coity Crematorium with the wake at Llanharan RFC.
