Throw Back Thursday

We have 2 Throw Back photos today. The first one is of South Wales Police RFC, taken in the early 80's i think. There are 2 former Llanharan players in the photo, can you name them and also name the Welsh Internationals in the photo.

The second photo is much closer to home. It shows the Llanharan Team who played Glamorgan Wanderers, a "First Class" Team in those days, in the Schweppes Cup. Can you name the year, who won and the score?
